IMT are aware of a number of outages affecting LSE’s hosted telephony services, including loss of call quality, outages to our call centres, and instant messaging services. We have been informed that this is due to an issue impacting our supplier.
IMT are working with the supplier to mitigate the impact to LSE’s telephony services, and will provide regular updates via this blog and the IMT website.
