Advance Notification: SITs Upgrade, Friday 1 May – Sunday 3 May

The annual Student Information System (SITS) upgrade will take place this year from 16:00 on Friday 1 May until Midnight on Sunday 3rd May 2015.

For the duration of this upgrade SITS, LSE For You and other systems linked to SITS will be unavailable.

Affected systems include but are not limited to:

  • Catering Ordering system
  • Class Mailer
  • CMIS
  • Embark downloader
  • Estates Helpdesk notifications
  • File tracker
  • Financial Support Office applications
  • Graduate Application Tracker
  • ID cards management
  • ITS Registration screen
  • Language Centre application
  • Library Phoenix and Self-Registration systems
  • LSE For You including:
    • Address Maintenance
    • Exam candidate numbers
    • Exam results
    • FAQ system
    • Fees
    • Newsfeeds
    • Online registration
    • Payslips
    • Photoboards
  • Maximiser/Student Relate
  • Office Hours application
  • PHD Log
  • Short Courses application

  • Student printing service
